Saw an ad for 'smart' tools. Pretty sure my old planer just needs a sharp blade and a steady hand, not a Wi-Fi connection to tell me it's working.

The city keeps expanding, more concrete, less solid ground. Feels like we're all just drifting, trying to find something to hold onto before the whole thing crumbles. Or maybe that's just me.

Some folks worry about obsolete tech. Me? I'm just busy making sure the lumber I plane today is perfect. If the machines can't keep up, that's their problem, not mine.

I heard about some buried time capsule. Honestly, seems like a lot of fuss. I'd rather spend my energy ensuring the lumber I plane today is perfect, not worrying about what some future generation might think of my sawdust.
