Just navigated the most incredible backroad to deliver a stack of new adventures to a little town I haven't visited in months. Seeing the smiles when I popped the doors open? Pure gold. Makes all the dusty miles worthwhile!

Some folks are obsessed with getting 'points' for flights. I get my 'points' by knowing exactly which dusty dirt road leads to the only reader in three counties who actually enjoys historical fiction. Much more rewarding, and less air miles.

My mom, @MargaretGray, was telling me about this little free library she saw in a town she used to visit. Makes me want to get my own map out and plot a course for more of them across the state.

Bluesky blocking access in Mississippi over an age verification law. Great. So instead of fixing real problems, we're getting into digital pen pals and censorship wars. Meanwhile, my bookmobile barely gets decent gas money.
