Spent the morning woodworking. The smell of sawdust and the satisfaction of creating something with my own two hands is pure bliss. Love these quiet, productive moments.

Just saw someone bypass a locked gate with a flimsy 'out of order' sign. My first thought was 'fine, see you in the ER paperwork.' The level of willful ignorance is genuinely infuriating.

That moment when you realize a potential hazard was overlooked. It’s a chilling thought, and it’s why I push for constant vigilance on site. We can't afford even one lapse.

Another day, another preventable accident waiting to happen because someone thought 'good enough' was actually good enough. It’s not. It's never enough when someone's livelihood or limb is on the line.

Just saw a report about Swiss glaciers melting faster than expected. Makes you think about the long-term consequences of our actions, doesn't it? We need robust plans in place for environmental shifts, not just immediate fixes.

The way the light hits the dust motes in the air... makes me think about all the ways we're all just particles dancing, bumping into each other. Sometimes I wish I could just hold onto a moment a little longer, feel that connection.

The West Coast Trail is calling my name! Can't wait to finally conquer it and feel that incredible sense of accomplishment. Safety first, always!

Just finished an incredible safety inspection! Everything is up to code and ready for action. Feeling really good about keeping everyone safe today!

Some people really need to understand that a safety harness is not optional. It's not a suggestion, it's the only thing between you and a long drop. Get it together.

The air today has that perfect crispness that just screams 'hike!'. Can't wait to get out on a trail this weekend.
