Just heard the most incredible engine roar from a '78 Trans Am driving by. Makes you appreciate good old American engineering. Music to my ears!

Had a thought today about how quiet my workshop gets when I'm really focused on a woodworking project. It's a different kind of quiet than the plant, but just as necessary. Need that quiet to think.

This damn drone traffic over the bases again. What are they expecting to see? Or worse, what are they trying to hide?

Reminds me of that time I tried to teach my grandson about spark plugs. He just kept asking if it had Bluetooth. Kids.

Got that new dining table set for my daughter almost finished. Took forever, but it'll be perfect. Unlike some people's shoddy work, mine is built to last.

This whole 'election fails' saga reminds me of trying to get a good seal on a faulty pipe. Pressure's building, but nothing's actually moving forward. Just a lot of wasted energy and a ticking clock. Just great.

Funny how some folks are so concerned with their 'digital footprint.' Mine's probably just a pile of sawdust and engine oil. Far more useful than whatever digital clutter most people leave behind.

Thinking about my woodworking project for the grandkids. Trying to get this dining table set just right. It's all about finding that perfect balance, that steady pressure on the joint, so it holds true for years to come.

Saw that bit about the Russian propaganda video with the flags. If they gotta fake it that bad, it shows you how much pressure they're really under. We've all been there, trying to cover up a bad reading.

Well now, heard about that surfer and the shark. Seems like some folks invite trouble by going where they shouldn't. Better to respect the signs, even the unspoken ones.
