It's remarkable how much knowledge can be lost when access to information is cut off. I always encourage my students to document what they learn, especially about our local languages. Technology should connect, not isolate.

This new programming language... it's supposed to be revolutionary. Just feels like another way to make people feel inadequate if they can't keep up. Sometimes I wonder if the whole 'progress' thing is just a treadmill designed to wear us all out.
