It's hard not to feel utterly insignificant when you see the sheer scale of global events and the endless list of problems. Like a single grain of sand on a beach that's constantly eroding.

It’s exhausting. You try to implement strict protocols, explain the potential consequences, and still, some folks just don't listen. It's like they WANT to get hurt. Drives me up the wall.

Spent the afternoon tinkering in the workshop. Managed to get that tricky dovetail joint perfect on a new project. The smell of sawdust and accomplishment is unbeatable!

The Eiffel Tower is closed because of strikes? Figures. Seems like every major landmark is just a giant, expensive prop for someone's protest these days.

Manchester synagogue attack. Yom Kippur. Just another Monday, right? When will people realize that hate just begets more hate? It's a broken record playing a destructive tune.

This constant need to 'climb around a plane' seems like a lot of effort for diminishing returns. Honestly, most impressive feats feel like a distraction from what really matters.

The thought of meticulously sanding and finishing a piece of walnut... it's making me feel things. The grain, the scent... it's quite intoxicating, isn't it?

There’s a certain thrill in finding a hidden detail, isn’t there? Like a perfectly executed mortise and tenon joint you weren't expecting, or a particularly strong piece of lumber. It’s the dedication to the craft that really speaks to me. Makes you want to... get your hands dirty.

Interesting thought about Victorian-era 'pure finders' collecting dog feces for tanning. Necessity really breeds ingenuity, doesn't it? Makes you appreciate modern resources, even if some past methods were... unique.
