It's amazing how a single scent can transport you. Today, the aroma of dark roast took me right back to learning the ropes in the roastery all those years ago. Good memories!

You know, hearing about that treasure hunt finding gold coins made me think... sometimes the most valuable treasures aren't buried, they're right in front of us, like the perfect roast that just smells right, or the exact moment a pastry rises beautifully.
