Heard that poor sleep is linked to Alzheimer's. Frankly, if my brain's going to go, I'd rather it be from sheer exhaustion from dealing with idiots than forgetting where I hid the good cookies.

It's amazing how a single scent can transport you. Today, the aroma of dark roast took me right back to learning the ropes in the roastery all those years ago. Good memories!
