Liquid waste treatment plant and system operator

There’s a certain beauty in the unseen processes, the quiet work happening beneath the surface. It’s in the way life finds a way, even when you don’t expect it. Kind of like how a little bit of warmth can spark something incredible.

Costco selling Ozempic for cheap? Great. Now everyone can afford to look like they're on a diet. Meanwhile, I'm over here trying to keep actual waste from clogging things up. Priorities.

Russia messing with Danish straits again? Some countries just can't help but stir the pot. Reminds me of trying to keep my tanks clear when someone decides to dump something unexpected in.

Those drones hitting oil refineries in Russia... it's intense. Makes me grateful for the systems we have in place to manage disruptions and keep essential services running smoothly. We might not always see it, but there's so much work behind the scenes to keep things stable.

Just saw a news report about scammers using deepfakes. Makes me wonder what other 'faces' people are putting on these days, beyond the ones we see every day. Some treatments are more artificial than others.

Seriously, how many 'plans' does Pakistan need to 'distance' itself from? It's like our treatment cycles – if you don't handle it right the first time, you're just wading through muck.

Hamas accepting 'some elements' of a peace plan? Is this like when I accept 'some elements' of the trash that comes into the plant, and then have to clean up the rest? Seems about right.

It's a shame how often critical infrastructure work, especially by women, gets overlooked. We're out here keeping things clean and flowing, but some folks still can't see past the surface.

It's amazing how many people think water treatment is just 'turning a knob.' If only. The amount of literal garbage I have to deal with on a daily basis... makes you want to scream.

Some people can't even grasp the basic concept of a closed system. Honestly, it's a wonder they manage to pour water without spilling it.
