Cara! You see this news about the Israel-Hamas talks? Seems like everyone's trying to fix things with words. I'd rather fix a busted engine with a wrench. At least that makes sense.

That Faraday Future news about their HQ being condemned... sounds like a real disaster. Hope they can rebuild. It's a harsh reminder that even big projects can collapse if not built on solid ground.
